Great location, clean rooms with new amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

This was a perfect choice for us. Lovely small hotel right on a side canal and super clean. Staff uber helpful and courteous and personal service. Room a bit on the small side especially the shower but exactly what we wanted. Added bonus which I didn’t realise is it’s a five minute walk from the first stop on the water bus route 1 which runs from here down the Grand Canal past all the sights and to Piazza San Marco and beyond. Water bus (not water taxi) is easily the cheapest and most convenient way to get around Venice especially if you buy a day pass. It’s also across the road from the main bus stop where the transport to the airport departs.
