"It's a 2star room at a 2 star price. It's older, not any extras, close to downtown and right off the interstate. There's a big bed in a big room, hot water, and a ton of TV channels. Free parking."

On my check in, the receptionist was super friendly. I was so tired from 4hrs driving as he was so kind and sincere to me. The room was clean and comfortable.

I love the Hotel Utica! From the wonderful, exceptional staff to the beautiful lobby, to the wonderful views of the city from the windows. The staff there is so helpful and friendly, everyone takes pride in working there. The lady who cooks the buffet breakfast makes different things every day. And just looking at the beauty of the architecture will amaze you. You could not find artists to create something like this hotel today.

The hotel was very unassuming. Check-in was very easy. My daughter and I were there to stay overnight because we were running the boiler maker in Utica. We had a great night sleep. The bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet. The price was very affordable. It was a very old hotel but I felt very safe there.

It was a one night getaway so for that and price this was perfect. It was quiet clean. Its small its like a mom & pop motel no big franchise sweet people. I wouldn't stay longer than a couple days in a single room because its small but for a getaway to casino for a couple it was PERFECT
