“It was a contact less reservation. Didn't really care for that. No tissues,coffee, tea or hair dryer. Room looked like it had been recently updated and was in great shape. I recommend the Cascade Inn as a good place to stay.”

“Hotel I believe is new, so what could be wrong? I have no complaints. It was clean and comfy. If I had to look for issues, I would say use trash can liners. Our bathroom trash can had bio debri plastered to the bottom. I expected Cambria to be more soundproof from neighboring rooms but it wasn’t bad, tolerable. Dish TV was in and out due to wind. Hotel would be my choice next visit to Lake Placid”

“Bathroom sink drained exceptionally slow - sliding door didn’t lock - carpet was vacuumed but could use a good shampooing. Room was way too warm-it was as if the heat was on but no thermostat in the room so we had to sleep with the sliding door open which was very noisy with people next door using very foul language smoking weed on the balcony -coughing and talking extremely loudly. Every time they left their room they slammed the door so hard it shook the building!”
