Balcones del Caribe is a beautiful spot with an excellent location and easy access to the beach. The complex feels very safe, and the staff were always helpful when we needed general information.
My only concerns were about the condition of the village: the back door didn’t have a proper lock, the bathroom door wasn’t closing well, and the safe box wasn’t working during our stay.
Overall, it’s a lovely place with great potential—just needs a bit more attention to maintenance.

The staff, food, pool, bars, and beach were absolutely perfect!!!
The only issues we had were with the rooms. They’re very outdated and some of the stuff in the bathroom were falling apart or not clean enough. Our jetted tub in our room definitely needs replacing as it was very dirty. They’re also only 1 outlet in between the bed for charging electronics so take that into consideration.

For the price I have no complaints with my stay. The staff were awesome. They helped us with every request we had. Graccie House was on a quiet street yet close to anything you could need. A 5 minute walk to the Malecon where we found some excellent restaurants. I would stay here again.
