This property was very quaint. Only one restaurant besides buffet open each night, but the food was delicious. Some of the best we have had. The staff was amazing. Not much for evening shows, or entertainment. The facility is old and probably needs some updating. Not sure we would stay at this specific resort again, but it was an enjoyable experience.

Not sure how this place gets 5*, barely a 3.5*. Except for the staff, they are 5*. The facilities are run down, but you can see work is definitely going into it. I do wish Radisson corporate would read these reviews. Website is misleading. 1 elevator in the place, no upgrades to pay for. No beach service, tequila bar does not have large selection. The jacuzzi on your deck should be thought of as a plunge pool, not a hot tub. I have seen comments about the staff not speaking English. You're visiting their country, learn some words in Spanish. Download Google translate. All that said, if you want a quiet vacation, this is a fair choice.
