This private home presents a great sunny deck to relax and enjoy your vacation. You’ll love being located on a quiet road just moments from Quechee Main Street, Simon Pearce, and all the recreational activities abundant in the Quechee and Woodstock area.

Enter the main level to a well-appointed kitchen, comfortable living room with deck access, and a dining room filled with natural light. Upstairs is an air-conditioned bedroom with a large walk-in closet and en suite full bathroom. Downstairs, on the lower level, is the washer/dryer, an additional living space with a game table, and a walk-out basement.

The town is centrally located between Woodstock, Vermont, and Hanover, New Hampshire, the home of Dartmouth College. Hanover and Woodstock combine the quaintness of beautiful New England villages with the cultural sophistication of a college town. Galleries, unique shops, museums, and a variety of excellent and unique dining experiences are available. Killington and Pico are less than 30 miles away and offer world-class skiing, mountain biking, golf, and other year-round activities.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
