"We were checked in by the proprietor. He was a wealth of knowledge about the surrounding area and his history of the restored home is very interesting. The renovated home has been in the family since the 1990s We would definitely stay here again. We like boutique accommodation with history and this fit the bill. Can’t tell you what breakfast was like as we left early to get on our hike before the temperature got to hot!"

The laundry was a big perk - clean the lint trap in the dryer or your clothes will take forever to dry. She should be a head concierge at a 5 star hotel. Carolina was also wonderful, kind and thoughtful. The room is very old and there is street noise due to the cobblestones. But it was spacious. - a Junior Suite. Location is fantastic."
