Wir sind Stammgäste bei RIU aber dieses Hotel ist niemals auf Palace Standard. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist schrecklich arrogant, macht einen haufen Fehler und ist leider eher damit beschäftigt miteinander zu reden als sich um die Gäste zu kümmern. Auch das Lästern beherrschen diese sehr gekonnt. Das Essen ist ok aber jdden Tag das gleiche. Das Spapersonal ist ebenfalls nicht auf kundendienst geschult - man hat zwar Tücher im Spa aber man muss das eigene Tuch aus dem Zimmer mitnehmen. Auch fehlen Palace Leistungen, welche in anderen RIU Palace Häuser standard sind. Der Strand ist superschön, Service, Kundendienst, Essen, Drinks und Personal leider enttäuschend.

The location is good and the beach&deserts are perfect. As Chinese, the bacon of every morning was all my hopes. I don’t know why It was a little old or raw every time. Other food was OK. Anyway all the western food like the same thing for me, aha😂. Only the shrimp were not fresh. I can say that it was terrible. All the staffs were friendly. I like this hotel and I will come back some day.
