The staff was amazing. We arrived later in the evening. The hotel is on a cobblestone street where motorized vehicles are not allowed. The hostess met the cab out at the street and helped with luggage. We had an early morning excursion and so they packed breakfast to go. In addition they made wonderful recommendations that made our trip that much better. The only thing I would note is there is no elevator so and spiral staircases so it may not be right for everyone. Other than that it was very centrally located and right next to the resturaunts and clubs. Great stay, great food and great staff.

An excellent place. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Easy communication with the owners. Clear entry instructions. Easy walk from a big supermarket (Lidl) and a great bar for food and drink (Weiss Bar). Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

I don't want to recommend this place as it will then become very popular and I will then have to find somewhere else! Clean, comfortable and in the heart of the city proper. If you're aum is to be near the old town then its not for you. If however you want to be in the heart of the cool part then this is for you.

The room was freezing, they claimed there is central heating. In fact there was only an air-conditioner with the maximum temperature output at 32 degrees Celsius which the weather reported between 3c to 7c even during daytime. There was only a thin blanket provided. Some of the lighting were not working too. The environment was also very dirty, cockroaches ruining around the apartment. And inside the main entrance as well. Please take this offer out from your list. Absolutely unsatisfied which I think this place should refund or pay us back. Will never never book this kind of apartment / room without front desk forever. The host was not helpful at all, no late out charge not taking care your luggages. Only repeating your check out time wad 11:00am and you have to leave the room.
