"Can't regulate the heating A/C system. The room was too cold upon arrival. The front desk called maintenance to adjust the room temperature. After maintenance came, the room was still too cold. Called maintenance again. After maintenance came a second time, the room was still too cold. I turned off the A/C system in order to have the room at a comfortable temperature. This was the only complaint I have. Everything else was five stars."

"The property was cool and clean, and the bed was comfortable. There were some minor details, like drawers that were dirty or stained and turntable wasn’t working, but overall it was good. The views were great. Check-in was a bit inconvenient because I wasn’t sent the confirmation code, so it took me a while to get in. Thankfully, someone onsite was able to help me. Great location, with lots of places nearby."

"This was a huge hotel. I went in april and i guess the pool is only open on the weekends. I did get to go one day and it was a lot of fun. The swim up bar is great. They had lockers to secure items in. The lazy river was also fun. The spa was nice. Had a steam room, hot tub, and dry sauna. It was a beautiful stay. "

"The room was Beautiful with a modern flair! The hotel was top tier and a great price for 3 nights! The staff was amazing, kind, and knowledgeable. Room was huge and amazing ! Shower was grand and hot and relaxing! Bed was so soft and comfy! Bar excellent and breakfast was fancy and tasty! My husband loved our stay here I loved our stay as well! We will definitely stay here again! My husband said it as we were leaving and he barely compliments anything! Until next time Lorenzo Hotel! 😘 P.S. didn’t even realize we I was booking that we were booking at the infamous hotel that Tina Turner escaped too! Wow!!! What an honor!! "

"This was not at all what we were expecting, especially for the price. upon check in, the staff wasn't very welcoming at all. They also didn't mention that you needed to scan your card in order to manage the elevators. We checked into our room and the fan wasn't working, the fridge was broke, and it was almost 80 degree's in our room. We go down and all that's offered is for them to send someone up to fix it. I then go down again to ask them to please move our rooms or give us a refund. They did upgrade our room, but you could tell they were annoyed by this. I will never stay here again. "
