However, there was a miss in the details for the mirrors as they were covered in smudges, even those that were clearly out of reach. Additionally, the A/C in the room constantly made noise, akin to popcorn popping or ice falling in an ice machine. The staff were very courteous and contentious, service was very good in the bar/restaurant. We had been wanting to stay at Hotel Lorenzo for some time, based solely on the outside lights and interior aesthetic. It may have been a bit better when it was still fresh, but it was a little lackluster as it currently stands. "
