Buena ubicación y zona segura, la comunicación es malísima, no dan la información necesaria para ingresar a la propiedad y se necesita buscar el teléfono y llamar para recibir ayuda, no dan la contraseña del wifi hasta que la solicitas y te mandan un correo tiempo después. Salieron insectos en la regadera lo cual fue muy incómodo.

This place is close to Baylor Hospital! My husband I stayed there twice due to his mother was in ICU at the Heart hospital. We had free parking there. I was quiet without all the traffic and noise that you get from being at a hotel. We will stay there again if we have to come to Baylor Hospital again. Thank you!

Pictures listed are very deceiving. Very dirty and did not feel safe. My husband is 6’3” the “sofa” looked as if it was purchased from Temu (used) so small like doll house furniture. It was an awful experience. All the blinds are damaged and looks as if they have never been replaced. It’s a creepy place and we decided not to stay another night and checked out early (next day).

Well, they took my money and then told me that the apartment was unavailable. Because of maintenance issues and it made me cancel my booking in care of my money at the n c.N b a fake invoice of a fake refund with different credit card number.Then what I use

Gosh darn it. They tricked us. Place looked decent in photos and price was not super cheap so we figured it’d be nice. Dirty sheets, bugs, unsafe door and area, took a while to receive check in info.

The property was as shown in the listing. Very pet friendly as well as business friendly. It was in an excellent location-market, grocery store, salon, restaurants, coffee shop and massage therapist within 1 mile (easy walk). Beautiful park around the corner 2 blocks away. The onsite laundry was convenient to have since i was there for a month. I do have some suggestions I will follow up directly with the property on. I would absolutely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay at the property, the only complaints that there aren't any coffe mug at our unit but other than that it was an enjoyable stay.

Unfortunately, this was not a comfortable or secure stay. The unit was extremely HOT the entire time, day and night. I had my French Bulldog with me, and Frenchies are very sensitive to heat. He was panting constantly, and I was genuinely concerned about him. I would have relocated, but the city was extremely booked and I could not find another available place to stay. The floors were also noticeably dirty and did not appear to have been properly cleaned before our arrival, trash in the trash can ,which added to the overall condition of the hot unit. Even more concerning was the door/security situation. The lock did not work properly and required us to pull and hold the door in order for it to lock. After we had already checked in, someone actually entered the unit using our door code. Having another person able to access the property with the same code after our stay had begun made me feel extremely unsafe and raised serious concerns about how access codes are being managed. Then, after checkout, the host attempted to charge me for towels. I do not believe the charge is justified, and I did not intentionally damage or destroy anything. Between EXCESSIVE HEAT, worrying about my dog, a MALFUNCTIONING door lock, someone entering with OUR code after check-in, SPOILED GROCERIES FRM THE HOT FREEZER AND FRIDGE and the additional towel claim afterward, I cannot recommend this stay. FUTURE guests should photograph/video the unit, linens, and door at both check-in and checkout

We pulled into the parking lot that was too small for a vehicle to get down the alley. People in the parking lot were doing profound things and we were so nervous we never even got out of the car! The pictures are deceiving and I would never stay here! We never even got out of our vehicle and immediately left, resulting in a fee to stay when we did not! We found a very nice motel up the street! The owner doesn’t respond or even message you back! No communication whatsoever! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone! BEWARE!

I enjoyed the vanity area that was right outside of the bathroom. The mirror was big with options to change the display. I thought it was a nice touch to the property.
