I love ZaZa. Hotel staff does not like reservations from external companies. We were supposed to get king size beds per our reservation. Gave 2 rooms with 2 very small full size beds. Front desk had no interest in helping to make it right. They said they would price adjust our reservation but did not.

Loved that they allowed dogs. Hotel staff was awesome but I felt violated because when we stepped out of our room to go grab food one of the cleaning staff decided to take pictures with my 5 week old yorki-poo and then showed the pictures to my sons which was weird to me. I’m glad she adored my puppy but taking pictures when we weren’t there left a bad taste in my mouth.

The staff and property was truly AMAZING! Aesthetically, The only suggestion I would make would be to upgrade the bed. The leather around the bed is showing serious wear and tear. The leather is pulling badly!!

Stayed there for the pool but the pool area is so small that there were no seats left. And they had seats reserved that no one was sitting in. They should tell you to reserve seats when you book. Everything was reserved for a party outside the pool too. It sucked! Then the next day it rained and the pool did not open- understandable.
