After a resident let me in, Shiloh Dwellings had not cleaned the property after the previous tenant (soiled underwear visible in trash, towels in piles in bath, etc). They refused a refund through Hotels.com citing policy though they were unable to live up to their own instructions for visitors.”

“This hotel will ask for a lot of your information via email communication; that is due to the fact that they dont have an office. Nor do they have a sign, this is a few floors at an apartment complex. The room was nice, it has a washer and dryer, which is atypical from other hotels; a large kitchen, and full of amenities. "The hotel is generally quite good. The main advantage is its great location, which is very convenient. The check-in waiting time was a bit long. I had booked a room and breakfast online, and it took a long time for the entrance staff to verify my reservation before guiding me to my seat at breakfast, which was quite embarrassing. The Black security guard at the hotel entrance was very kind and helpful, assisting me in finding an Uber that had gone to the wrong location."
