It's my third time staying here, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Its calm and I feel extremely safe as a woman travelling alone. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent with a good range of options.

Functional, no frills budget accommodation. Nice and quiet and parking was available always.

Staff were efficient on check in. Room was clean but paper-thin walls and the doors stuck so you had to pull hard to close them...lots of door banging and you could hear the neighbors conversation like they were in the room. Carpet was loose on the stairs,no elevator. Parking was not free, some wierd system with a private company app. Mostly i booked this place because it promised high speed internet which was absolutely not the case so i lost a day of work. View out the back is some kind of container box dump so not the cute hotel you might expect from the name BW plus. Close to motorway and easy to find so good to just sleep and go. Bed was comfortable. Did not use the restaurant.

What an amazing find. Just outside of Leeds with plenty of free parking, this gem was more than welcoming after a long day on the road. Check-in was easy and we were expected. The chap couldn’t have been more helpful, more friendly and more informative. He sent us on our way telling us he was about to go and help an elderly gentleman out of the bath he was stuck in - going beyond the role. The room was spacious and clean and we had everything we needed. Bed was fabulous. Breakfast was better than any ‘chain hotel’ I’ve stayed in - freshly cooked, well maintained and huge variety. The staff were attentive and kept everything well stocked and clean. This hotel is a one off. Family owned and well run, they add a personal touch to every element of your stay. Yes, some may say the hotel is dated but I’d rather a retro look to the modern soulless grey everything. This hotel looked the business and nothing was out of place. Well done guys, we will be back.
