Beautiful hotel, clean spacious rooms and lovely bar/dining areas within. Staff were exceptional, went above and beyond and made us feel valued customers. The extras and the little things went a long way.

Amazing location, next to the train station. Good coffee shops, restaurants & a small grocery store within minutes. Hop on hop off bus right outside hotel. Tivoli Gardens opposite. However, there was street noise from traffic. Room was very warm & because of street noise could not open windows at night. Hotel AC is only turned on in May. Buffet breakfast was good. Hotel is very dated & therefore felt tired & run down. All staff were polite professional & extremely helpful.

We requested that the room was cleaned daily. This was not really Cleaning. They emptied the bins and made the beds but didn’t sweep and crumbs and food were on the floor as we were there for four days with two young children so we could have done with the floor being cleaned.
