“Kimberly and her husband Rich were wonderful hosts. Very friendly and helpful. Great communication leading up to our stay. Charming property. We loved the outdoor spaces and we really enjoyed Rich's top-quality breakfasts that were specially prepared for each of us. We will definitely be returning. Barry and Terri, Oct 2026.”

“Planned a short getaway to hike Mount Mitchell and this place could not have been more perfectly located to the trailhead.
The Lodge is newly built, and ground are impeccably well maintained. The staff was super helpful. They even came by to drop off a lighter so the firepit could be put to use.
They have a common use area with a ktichen and grills that can be utilized which is an added bonus as I don’t recall reading about all they had available to make the stay above and beyond expectations.……
