特文特博物馆

Very clean place with modern interior design and I love Weesp with its vibe. I wish they can improve more on guest communication as there is no physical reception. Especially I didn't receive any online check-in info via email so it brought me some difficulties to get inside the hotel and did the check-in procedures. The hotel always asked me to get help from the restaurant downstairs to the hotel but reality is that the restaurant was not helpful at all with the hotel guests.

The apartment (with canal view) was wonderful--great location, quiet neighborhood, convenience for shopping and transportation. The receptionists at the hotel didn't seem very professional: not very welcoming, a bit slow with checking out, eager to sell a cab ride to the airport. The apartment is several blocks away from the hotel and does not have staff most of the time and the landline in the apartment didn't work, so it was difficult to get help from the hotel, especially when it got extremely cold for a few days and the central heating was insufficient. The apartment was great and would be perfect if the hotel staff had been more helpful.

酒店很乾淨，設備齊全新穎，職員很友善，發生小問題能立刻處理，有免費locker可以寄存行李，美中不足是房裡面的隔音比較差。
