Staff was courteous and overall the property was nice. The $40 per night parking fee is outrageous...it is not in downtown SF...plenty of parking spaces available.

The shower has no door so I never felt warm. Very poor design for women who always appreciate a wall head not a tree head. And bc there is no door the mirrors steam over so you cannot get ready if someone is in shower. Our heating didn’t work but they fixed pretty quickly. Linens were just ok. I expected more at this price point. Room was far from elegant or luxurious. It felt more like a 3-4 star room. The bear is marginal for food. Very nice staff but would not stay here again unfortunately.
