Good hotel, with excellent staff support

Pros: Close to destination
Cons: Room odor and cleanliness
We've stayed at this hotel several times in past years as we visit relatives for Thanksgiving. It is convenient and in a good, safe location. Our only problem this year is that the room we were originally given had an overpowering disinfectant smell. We thought we might gut it out, but as my breathing troubled, we went downstairs and requested a move to another room. The staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating, moving us to a new room at midnight. The front desk staff at this hotel is outstanding. They are our primary reason for coming back.

Disappointing budget hotel.

Pros: The room was clean, though worn, and the bed was comfortable aside from the other problems I've mentioned.
Cons: Address repairs to the room, and police noisy guests.
We were not expecting greatness from this budget hotel, but really the place was not up to our expectations. The window didn't seal well, in fact the frame was comiing apart. So the wind whistled around the window all night; lots of cold air was coming in around the window causing the heating unit to work overtime. The bathroom door wouldn't stay open or shut, but hung halfway open across the room. The light in the bathroom worked most of the time. People were running in the hallway, and shouting and talking loudly both in the hallway outside the door and in the parking lot outside the window 'til well after midnight. Several times during the late evening, around 10:30 pm, someone was trying to use a card key in our door.

A Very Nice Hotel In All Respects

I only stayed overnight. I was very pleased with everything. The front desk staff is very friendly; the complimentary breakfast quite good; they even offer a complementary evening buffet at a nearby restaurant (I did not take advantage of this), the room was spotless, bed comfortable. I recommend it highly. Elevators, abundant parking.

Nice hotel with free shuttle to Rochester airport

Pros: Convenience to airport and shuttle
Cons: Breakfast was poor . Would prefer decent pastries , low fat yogurt , fresh whole fruit and upgraded cereal choices . I would pay more for room .
Great location and comfortable room . Free shuttle to airport with a wonderful driver ...very prompt and courteous . Restaurant next door was TGIF Friday's and perfect for,lunch and dinner.
