This hotel is very easy to find and in a great location. Not so far from things, but far enough to keep it quiet. The staff was very upbeat and nice upon arrival. They were very honest that they need to check to see if my room was ready, not being sure due to a staffing issue. Someone went right up to the room gave it look over to confirm it was in proper condition. Check-in was fast and easy and proper explanation of the hotel layout and amenities were explained. In the loby was free cookies, fresh fruit, and a coffe/tea bar available at all hours. The room was in good condition. I never say great because in my opinion it could only be great if I cleaned it my self, or saw it be done. It appeared to be well cleared and put together. The staff called the room to make sure everything was in place. The fee breakfast in the morning was good. There were many selections. Hot food was just that hot. Once again the staff was great and very helpful. Checkout was simple and quick. I did not get a chance to use the pool this cost but have in the past. I very much would recommend this hotel.

Pros: Everything was as clean and comfortable as what we would have expected at a much more expensive hotel.
We arrived late and were still welcomed when we got there. Pillows were comfy.

The hotel was rundown and smelled overwhelmingly of some sort of floral air freshener. There were cracked tiles in the bathroom, stains all over the carpet and poor ventilation. Also, the gym area is tiny and the equipment seemed like it hadn't been updated for years. Next time I will stay somewhere else.

Comfortable hotel for business in the area.

Location: It takes some effort to find a local, non-chain restaurant.
Comfortable, clean right off the highway. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices.

Never again...

Hotel accused me of smoking in my room and charged me the non refundable smoking fee. Per the rules of the hotel, someone was supposed to come check the room for smoking and no one ever did. Still fighting the hotel for this charge.

Convenient, comfortable, not flashy

Pros: Low-key, quiet.
Cons: Need to clear up mildew problems in some of their rooms. Overnight/late night staff not friendly.
Location: Right on a main road but did not hear road noise. Close to shopping and to medical centers.
This hotel was conveniently located. It had a pool and hot tub but we didn't have time to use them. The breakfast was substantial although not interesting. The woman who checked me in was very friendly and accommodated my need to choose a room that had zero perfume smell or mildew smell (the first two I checked had those problems). I found a room that was odor-free and it was quiet. The bed was comfortable enough. Clean towels. This is not a fancy place but it served our needs quite adequately.
