Pets are allowed in the house. If left unsupervised they MUST be crated. Smoking is allowed on the porch but not inside the house. Since this is a duplex, guests are expected to maintain a reasonable level of noise during sleeping hours; especially during the work week. For a reservation of 4 people I will prepare the double bed in the front room and queen bed in the back room unless you specify that you need the inflatable queen bed set up.
