First of all, I had a credit card confirmation number and thought my cc had already been charged. They said no and I would have to pay the bill in cash on check-in. If they are going to do this, it should be on th booking. This was about $250 that I had not planned on using for that. When you are trying to stay on a budget, this amount will ruin it. It is a building that maybe houses 10 hotels in it. The Domus consists of 4 rooms. There is a restaurant and bar close but not in this building. This looks like a deal where someone had an apartment and made 4 bedrooms out of it. The ac blows directly on you which is bad. The unit is over the shower which makes the bathroom extremely hot. All in all, this is the worst place I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in somew dumps.

La stanza era abbastanza grande e ariosa, il bagno nuovo, pulito; ottimo per la vicinanza con Stazione Termini, raggiungibile in 5 min a piedi, ma appunto per questo zona circostante non molto piacevole; la reception è altrove, per cui per qualsiasi necessità bisogna recarsi all'esterno dell'edificio.

Ok first from the positive side the hotel is literally next to the Rome train station so it was easy to find and the accessiabilty to the city center from the hotel is very good. Additionally, around the hotel there are quite a few restaurants and bars so for a later night drink or a bite to eat one can go to the restaurants and bars. However with the above said, the service at the hotel was horrible. On the first night I arrived the owner demanded that I pay in cash and not by credit card although the hotel's website states that you can also pay with credit card. Additionally, for the entire 3 nights I spent at the hotel, there was a nasty smell coming from the hotel room toilet. No matter the amount of airfreshner I used, the scent remained. The internet connection at the hotel is additionally horrible. The connection constantly went and came all day long and it became frustating. One more frustrating thing about this hotel is that I never saw the owner or anyone to lodge a complain with concerning the hotel. Although the website of the hotel states that there is a mini-bar and a safe in the room, unfortunately neither of these are in the room. The cleaner who cleaned the room did a horrible job. I had the opportunity of seeing the water he used to mop the hotel room was very nasty and stinky smelling. Additionally I had to beg him for new toilets. All in all I would not be going back to this place called a hotel ever in the future and if you have the possibility please avoid this hote.

Der er ingen reseption, og det telefonnr der er oplyst er forkert. Værelset var ikke klar til det aftalte tidspunkt. Der lugtede af kloak og mug på badeværelset. Stille omgivelser og god seng.
