Good location, great beach access, 2 restaurants

The inn rooms were obviously bring modernized, granite counters in kitchrnettes, bug a cranky faucet and 1 burner working safely, cabinetry and beds great, fridge defrosted and flooded floor overnight, quiet, family place, would like to try the townhouses next time tho.

Pros: Large suite, personal items was a nice touch
Cons: Straighten out the pool area near Hooks.
Location: Sarasota was close.
Enjoyed our stay but we have two evenings where we had a sewer gas smell which the staff sprayed twice, not sure it worked but we did tell the manager at check out and they took the resort fee off our bill. One thing I would suggest is to clean up the pool area and straighten out the deck chairs and clean the tables. I would also suggest they inform new guests where the office is especially coming in the dark and not familiar with the entrance to the Inn. Additionally take a few minutes and explain the complex. The Jr queen suite was large and comfortable. Sink faucet needs attention but other wise the food was great, the maintenance and cleaning staff was excellent. It was raining when we arrived and one of the staff brought in our luggage. Nice.

Nice location & Amenities

Pros: All inclusive and the pools were heated.
Cons: Better vending machines.
We enjoyed it being on a peninsula where we could enjoy both sunrises and sunsets easily. The pier into the bay was nice. Like the fact that it had multiple pools and a hot tub. Didn't use the beach which seemed nice or the restaurant.

Nice little place

Wish we could have stayed longer to experience more but it was good for the short time we were there. There were some aspects like the pools that seemed outdated. We ate at Hook's restaurant onsite and the service was great but the food was not the best. Our room was very nice and we could tell that some updates had been done and were in progress elsewhere onsite as well. It's a cute little resort.

Summer stay

Had a gear experience at this hotel/resort... rooms are gorgeous beds are comfy view is amazing and staff is so friendly could not have picked a better place to stay during our itworks conference... and I WILL be coming back with my mother next month!!

We requested a room with an ocean view. Did not get that. Room was dirty. Bathroom pipes whistled all night.

Beautiful hotel with beautiful views

This was an amazing trip. There were not any glitches and the view, the beach, the water skiis were all just amazing

It was very clean and updated for an older establishment. The ac isn't big enough for the room we had, maybe it just needed a charge. The drains were slow, think they just need a good cleaning. Other then that I thought it was great!

Need just a little more updating!

Pros: the lobby was better than the rooms itself

The area was nice. The entrance looked good but the rooms needs more updating. You can see that some updating took place and just need to finish the rest with the rooms. For example> the showerhead, the sink, the ceiling in bathroom, the TV stand-small TV, something to make room brighter and inviting. One of the bedding was not clean , had stain on it the hotel staff had to come and remove it.
