More needs to be done for those that truly need it
SM Mall seaside is amazing!
Very busy traffic
We sent to ship and a movie. The mall was a little run down but didn't think to much of -or boyer theatre bathroom(CR) was filthy ...and AC es not on in theater leaving an overwhelming nobody smell for entire movie
