Saint Annes on the Sea Vacations from $677

I stayed in this Hotel for 3 night with breakfast included and would have no complaints. In fact, the Hotel exceeded my expectations.

All the staff was very kind and caring, but the breakfast service needs a tweak. It's too slow and not well coordinated. Probably a self-service buffet would be a better option.

Really cool, unique, hotel. Excellently located. Clean and central Manchester location. Amazing value as our midweek stay included £30 meal token and a free drink. Can't fault it, would stay again

In general the hotel is nice. Lifts are quick, if a little confusing, because of the need to validate each upward journey. Breakfast was good as was the view. The air-con was insufficient to maintain a nice temperature with a winter duvet so I slept on top of the duvet so as to not overheat. My main complaint is that I booked a twin and got a double handicapped suite! The suite was nice but having to sleep with my adult son did not make me or him happy. For that reason sleep was intermittent, however, the bed itself was comfortable. Other issue was that the recommended parking (Printworks) is about a block away and is not dead cheap. If it's raining then getting your luggage to and from your car will be a issue. We were lucky.

So having arrived at 3pm i got settled got to the gym etc, just about to cook dinner as the apartments have a kitchen and i hear the door lock go, and a lady with her bags enters my room. Having both looked shocked we went downstairs (we were not together to make it clear) to find out why we were both allocated the same room, to this day I still have no idea how one member of staff allocated me a room and another member of staff didnt know I was in there. I was certianly not impressed and the lady wasnt either, if it had been the opposite way round and I had walked into her room would have been a much worse story, poor indeed...
