We also got recs on a nearby boulangerie. We had a midnight check in which went smoothly. “Coming from the US, I would consider a car necessary for this property. Parking is difficult since anyone can park on the street in front of the house. The driveway can accommodate one car, but it is likely that someone will park on the street and block the driveway access. House is well-organized.
