"We enjoyed our stay with our kids and the dogs. The view is stunning and very close to the beach!! The living spaces are small but cozy and since everyone had their own room it didn't feel crowded. We switched up room assignments because the room with two double beds has the ensuite bathroom. The other two rooms share the hallway bathroom. All in all we had a great stay! Communication was great and we were able to stay a little later on checkout day which was perfect!!"

"We enjoyed our much needed vacation. The property was very clean, easy to find, & had all the amenities to have a comfortable weekend. The highlight was the porch. It has plenty of space so everyone can enjoy sitting out watching the ocean. The bedrooms are small, but the bathrooms were very spacious. The living & kitchen area was very roomy & had quality furnishings which made for a comfortable stay. The family enjoyed the beach & the grandkids enjoyed the heated pool."

"Clean and nice but service was not good! You need pass for car parking and was not there luckily did not get towed. Had management call and they said they will send it to him but told me drive down to get it from them. I’m paying for a service and they made me work for it!"

"Place was very nice and clean. Being on the beach and right near the hot tub and pool was awesome. We were here for a wedding at Merrell Estates. The community center was nice for raining days and nights and having dinner with families."
