"Dear Sir/ Madam, I would like to express my sincere thanks to the doorman who stands by the hotel entrance. His hospitality and kindness truly impressed me, and he is one of the main reasons I felt extremely satisfied with my stay. When two Yandex drivers declined our request because of our two pieces of luggage, the doorman kindly helped us call a taxi. His assistance made a real difference. The hotel left a very positive impression overall. I would gladly recommend it and wish to thank all the staff for their excellent service. From a Hong Kong visitor"

"They have good service and care about customer. I booked the wrong dates and were not supposed to get the refund via hotel.com. They are so kind to let me change it and refund the original payment for me. The staff are helpful and the location is great. Great value for money. Thanks a lot! Jo"
