“スーツケースの鍵が壊れてしまい、フロントスタッフに相談。 鍵を壊すためにドライバーを借りる必要があった。無事ドライバーを使って開けることができたが、ロックされたままの鍵のため、スーツケースを閉じるために毎回ドライバーが必要であることからドライバーを売ってる場所を教えてもらおうとしたところ、ドライバーをプレゼントしてくれた。買取ると何回言っても、お金はいらないと言ってくれた。 とても優しいスタッフでした。他のスタッフもみんな優しかったです。”

“Easy access to the Bibi-Khanym Mosque, Registan square, and Shirin Bika Aqa Mausoleum. The little downside is access to the Hotel in inconvenient as the hotel is located in a restricted zone. ”

“This hotel is an absolute hidden gem, offering culture experience with unique presentation/interior design of rich Uzbek tradition. We were welcome by the reception who gave some explanations and explained the history of the hotel. The room is clean with all the necessities included. We had a good sleep in the comfortable bed. The room has its own theme which interesting to learn more on it. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and gave us some complementary such as the night snacks and……
