The hotel is very nice and clean, but unfortunately I couldn't rest because the noise from the cars, motorcyclist and the car wash that started working at 7am didn't let me sleep. One window was open and it cannot be closed. Nobody’s answered the phone in the front desk.

Likes - extremely clean which is my top requirement for any hotel. Basic amenities are sufficient otherwise. The entire facility was super clean and looked renovated. Staff was friendly. Shuttle to and from the airport which was super convenient.
Dislike - our room happened to have a faucet issue where things were fine then ight we checked in but then the next morning there was no water running. Slightly inconvenient

I had an extremely long day at work . I liked the 8.6 rating which is why i chose this place but there is Nooo way this rating is accurate!!! I got No sleep the unbearable amount of street traffic noise was the worst ever!

The room with 2 queen beds was big which was very nice as we had a 2 year old and 3 adults. The hotel seemed to need a lot of work. The floors were dirty and no one wanted to take a shower/bath because the tub was stained. The sinks were stained and had no plugs in them. I would not stay again.

Place was nice and clean. However, stayed at room 100 where it faced the road. I wouldn’t give someone that check in later than 10pm a room with such noise assuming they already had a long travel and needed to rest.

The lobby is totally uninspiring but the rooms are absolutely fine, much better than you would think from the looks of the lobby. Also, very quiet. We got there about 1:30AM and no food to be had but there are many interesting ethnic restaurants close by. We'll stay here again if we need a room near SFO.

The property was clean and the decor was super cute. The street noise from the car traffic is a bit loud. Also, the shuttle only runs once an hour. Make sure you plan ahead. I would stay here again.

The hotel shuttle bus from the airport took one hour to arrive. We arrived in time for the 7:25pm bus at SFO terminal 1. It never arrived and we waited until 8:20pm. Same as 5days ago when arrived at 8:30pm and waited more than 1 hr before taking a taxi. Don't believe the hotel bus schedule.
