The staff were great. Depending on what you’re looking for the location is great. Only three units(converted seacans) and a patio for guests on top. The restaurant is fairly busy in the evenings but other than that it’s peaceful af. Great sunset views nightly. Parrots,hummingbirds. Great breakfast.

We had such a great stay at The Springs Resort & Spa at Arenal! The rooms and grounds were super clean, and everything felt really well taken care of. There are so many amenities, hot spring pools, a spa, restaurants, and even fun activities on-site. The views of Arenal Volcano are amazing and make the whole place feel like a true getaway. What really stood out was the staff, they’re so friendly and helpful, always willing to answer questions or point us to the best spots. Definitely a place I’d recommend to anyone visiting the area!

The pools were surprisingly cold and not very well kept. Not much within walking distance. The interiors were in good shape, but the exterior of the building is dated and worn out.

Air conditioning was not great. The room was a little dusty and I didn´t like it. There were no ameneties which is fine but that was poor. Also, hot water wasn´t enough. I was only there for 1 night but I won´t come back.
