A million good things to say about this hotel. Our check-in team was incredibly friendly. When they learned that my mom was sick and had to go to a hospital in San Jose, they processed our refund without any problems. Everywhere we went, the staff exceeded our expectations.
The rooftop even provided room service for us, and one staff member went out of their way to bring a special knife to cut open our coconut. This is the kind of place where you can truly relax and trust the people around you to take care of your needs.
We will definitely come back. The hotel’s designer is also a genius—the property is beautifully laid out. The pools have great depth for little kids, and the whole place is very family-friendly with thoughtful safety considerations throughout.

Cleaning crew was great, but they would take our towels without giving us new ones. The buffet is also terrible, $25 for canned vegetables, literally. Property is very nice, but it is not in a walkable part of town, you will need to uber 1000%.
