At first we had some issues with checkin in as the hotel closes at 10pm, so we were stressed to make it by that time. Once we get there, everything ran smoothly. The rooms are georgous, however the bed was too soft making sleep a little umconfortable. Other than that, the place is nice. Very good restaurant. We loved the privacy and comfort. We'll go back for sure!

Excelente ubicación, excelente servicio, la habitación es grande y con todas sus amenidades, la cama es de buena calidad y sus sábanas también. Creería que lo mejor fue el desayuno 10/10

Es un hotel pequeño,pero de gran gusto y diseño,el restaurante italiano con vista a su jardin te hace olvidar que vas de negocios.

Alto diseño y ubicación exclusiva.
Llegué antes de lo anticipado a mi check in, no tarde más de 10 minutos y me asignaron una habitación. El área en donde se ubica es la mejor de San Salvador, hay muchos restaurantes de cocina de autor muy buenos y algunas tiendas de diseño local. La habitación es muy cómoda, con muy buen diseño y arte de artistas locales renombrados, también tenía un jardín para relajar la tarde. El gimnasio es pequeño y muy funcional, con kettlebless, lo cual agradecí mucho y el desayuno es muy completo. Recomendable terminar un día de businesses en el bar y pedir un gin, son muy buenos. Definitivamente regreso a este hotel.

First time visiting El Salvador? This is a GREAT place to stay. It's modern and clean with a very friendly staff. The restaurant is great. There are a lot of other dining and drinking options within walking distance. The hotel works with a taxi service that will take on day trips anywhere you want to go in the country. Take advantage of that. You don't have to rent a car or worry about driving.

I wanted to take a vacation for the 4th of July holiday and I wanted to be somewhere centrally located. The photos of the property plus the location made booking easy. But staying has made me want to come back. The large spacious shower is a lovely addition to the individual garden. The rooms are quiet, and the lighting is nice. I could not get out of the robe and slippers. I rushed back to the room to stay out them on. It helped that the restaurant has some of the best lamb lasagna I have ever had. I didn’t have to leave to get food but if I did there was a variety just across the street. Oh and don’t get me started on the french toast, I am now a fan of Dulce de Leche as a syrup alternative. I am already making plans to come back and I will be staying here.

Exceeds expectations
The Nico Urban hotel is lovely, with spacious rooms and spa-like bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the restaurant breakfasts and dinners are wonderful! I highly recommend this for both business trips or a relaxing vacation stay.
