    “The hotel doesn’t have a drop off area or any luggage trolleys, pity the receptionist was curt, abrupt, non informative and dismissive. The hotel appears old and struggling to keep up with travellers requirements. The room was old cashing a good size and clean with aircon. The bathroom was big but the window didn’t work and was screwed open, I asked straight away for the window to be fixed and a handle put on the window as it was also missing. I was told the engineer would come but six days……”

    “Nice hotel, but not great. As an experienced traveler I wasn’t happy having to carry luggage up around 20 marble steps to get to the reception desk. They have plenty of space to install a ramp or a lift. The WiFi was horrible. It would connect but then you needed to authenticate with an email address or it would disconnect. It was very hit or miss on sending the authentication email. Tried multiple phones, devices and emails. I got lucky with connecting 1 phone. The hotel was clean, but……”
