It has been recently painted a dark gray color and the decorations are all dark colors. Not very beachy. It seemed cleaned properly, but all the drains were clogged and we had to showers in standing water and it felt disgusting. One of the bath towels was old and had a dark stain on I. It should have been thrown away. Also, when I arrived the first evening the elevator was out of service and I had to climb up to the third floor hauling all of my stuff. It was roomy and I found that I like the studio layout, which we'd experienced once before down 30A. But it was too close to the street and thus noisy—large construction trucks and muscle cars. The view was marginal. Had to request new linen as there was sand in the existing sheets on bed and pull out couch bed. Check underneath the bed, it has probably never been cleaned or swept in months, perhaps years. This is also evident in the grime and dirt on the light switches throughout the property Given the cost, improvements are grossly needed in terms of cleanliness. It is evident that as soon as a party checks out, the cleaning crew spends minimal time in having the property cleaned for the next party. Great location, will return again to 30A Gulf Place, but not at a property managed by Vacasa. I seriously doubt the owners of this property would be pleased in the property upkeep. ##### Walter T.
