It has been recently painted a dark gray color and the decorations are all dark colors. Not very beachy. It seemed cleaned properly, but all the drains were clogged and we had to showers in standing water and it felt disgusting. One of the bath towels was old and had a dark stain on I. It should have been thrown away. Also, when I arrived the first evening the elevator was out of service and I had to climb up to the third floor hauling all of my stuff. Also, balcony and bistro chairs were nice but a new table would have made a big difference. The location was a quick walk across the street to the beach. The balcony had a view of the water. Although the condo was facing the street we never heard any noises.
