This hotel is a really perfect balance of history and renovated amenities. The staff were incredible all around. Rooms were nice and comfortable and quiet. The pool needs a but more care as it is popular with the birds but otherwise the roof is amazing and I enjoyed it every day I was there. Exercise extra caution after dark in the area around the hotel. Person on moped attempted to snatch my phone 1 block away. Hotel feels safe and secure. Just extra caution is needed after dark. Highly recommend for a visit to Santiago. Walkable to many many great museums and neighborhoods.

The hotel staff was really accommodating and attentive. The breakfast was delicious and our room was spacious and quiet. Also, the hotel is neat, clean and beautifully decorated!
