Eyes on Oia!
The pictures did not do this place justice, the location was perfect and the amenities had everything we needed. We were pleased that the upper porch had easy access from the walking path and not just from the narrow outdoor staircase. Nicoletta ensured that we were met at the port by Chris who brought us directly to our door with the help of staff who brought our luggage. When we were ready for excursions, the team arranged everything that our family requested with prompt communication. We can’t recommend this house and team enough!

Stunning view!
Stunning view with amazing balcony with plunge pool. Great location, convenient to everything. In the heart of Oia. Unique cave bathrooms. Owner was very helpful with planning transfers and excursions.

Great location, quiet but yet right in the thick of things. We had “instagram central” at the top of the stairs next to the blue domes so we could watch people posing all day, which we all found highly amusing. But the location of the property is just a few steps down so not on the busy path. Very spacious property with two single beds and one queen in both of the rooms so it’s perfect for families travelling . Also accessed via a outside set of stairs is a private room which was perfect for our teen who was sick of us by the time we got to Santorini. Air con was great and heaven sent. Plunge pool was fabulous. Really can’t fault the property at all it had everything we needed. Perhaps some extra linens kept in the room would be nice. A blanket or two. Our contact with the property manager was great and she arranged all our transfers with their own driver. She was easy to keep in touch with and very responsive. When you arrive there is no way you could find the property alone, so the porter on arrival was a godsend. There are a lot of stairs in Santorini keep that in mind if you struggle. Had to use google translate in order to use the washer/ dryer as it was in German. Might need to put a guide in there for the rest of us. We had a magical trip and this property was great for us.

Amazing trip to Santorini. Our villa was in a perfect location with an amazing view. The villa was clean and with such hot weather, the AC worked perfectly. Nicoletta and her team were very attentive to all our travel needs.

wonderful stay in Santorini
My family of four very much enjoyed our stay. The hosts were extremely helpful with all our questions and even set up reservations and excursions for us! The house was very spacious with a gorgeous view and located right in town so not too many stairs to get to shops and restaurants. Some very minor things that could help make the house even nicer is adjusting some of the loose bathroom fixtures and updating the bedding. But certainly a wonderful experience overall!!

Best Oia location
Wonderfully charming, bright and clean cave house with spectacular views. The pictures don’t capture the dramatic and breathtaking views of the town architecture and the sea. And for being right on a popular footpath it was surprisingly quiet at night. Nicoletta and her daughter Alexandra provided white glove service- porter services and airport transport. Definitely recommend!

5 stars is not enough
This property exceeded our expectations! All of the owners' descriptions and renters reviews were spot on but you just can't adequately describe this home. We greatly appreciated the assistance with our bags, the tour of the home when we arrived, the wealth of information about the island that was provided, the superior cleaning staff and all of the amenities. The location and the views were spectacular! I would recommend this property to everyone!

Perfect in every way!
We LOVED our 10 day late September stay in this very special villa. It had it all - plunge pool, well-equipped kitchen, two levels, comfortable beds, 3 bedrooms and bathrooms and plenty of seating and eating areas inside and out. We loved sitting on the upper terrace for cocktails as the sun set. Nicoletta has thought of everything! She was so helpful before and during our stay. We booked a 1/2 day private catamaran tour (plan way ahead for this) and rented a car for a day to see the rest of the island. We loved getting breakfast treats from the bakery on the main road, gelato in the evenings, and meals at many excellent restaurants. Roka and Karma were our favorites. I cannot recommend this experience highly enough! We booked a smaller villa on our short previous trip and were thrilled with this excellent villa. Staying for 10 days gave us the opportunity to enjoy it all and become very familiar with Oia.

Absolutely Amazing!
We had the most incredible stay here! Can't say enough amazing things about the villa and how Alexandra/Philip/Nicoletta made sure everything we needed was done! They made our stay super special with all the attention to details, arranging for airport and ferry transfers, help with luggage, reservations and advice! The villa is actually really spacious and we had plenty of room for our 3 teenagers and us. Location is prime - you do get overrun a bit by cruise ship tourists in the middle of the day - but super location in Oia. As noted the outside stairs are a bit hairy but the the room on second level is great and plenty of outdoor space up there to watch the sunset. Just fantastic!

Wonderful condo!
Our family of 5 had a great time staying at this condo! It was in a perfect location, short walk to the main town. The condo has amazing views - pictures don't even capture the beauty! Nicoletta and her team were fabulous to work with. They respond to questions very quickly. Nicoletta arranged airport transfers which made the trip so easy. I would highly recommend staying here while you are in beautiful Oia!

Breathtaking views!
Fantastic property! Was very clean and perfect for two couples. The views feom the upper level we breathtaking! You are right in the heart of Oia and can walk for all of your needs. Crowded when the cruise ships are in port, but that is to be expected. Host was very helpful and offered timely communication.

A dream house in a picture perfect location!
This was a dream house! The house is impeccably clean, unique, spacious and luxuriously comfortable. The location of the house right on the caldera is literally picture perfect. The outdoor spaces felt private despite the many tourists and photo shoots around us and we loved the plunge pool. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were lovely. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to use (as was the washer/dryer). The showers, where you really feel like you are in a cave, were fun with plenty of hot water and space (even for our 6'4" son). Nicoletta and her family, the hosts have literally thought of everything. Special touches like bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, some breakfast items etc. were generous and appreciated. She arranged for us to be picked up/dropped off at the ferry and thankfully arranged for a porter to assist us with our luggage which we didn't realize we would need but since Oia has narrow, cobblestone paths with lots of steps -- it was a godsend. We were greeted by Christina, one of Nicoletta's daughters, who gave us a thorough tour of the house, some delightful history of the house and the area and personalized some of the suggestions in the welcome packet based upon our interests. This family are true hospitality experts. Housekeeping was included so we came home to a refreshed space each day. Of all the homes we stayed in during our time in Greece, this house was the one were we felt spoiled. Thank you, Nicoletta for your attentiveness and for such a lovely, spendid stay!

Anniversary Celebration
Our group of 6 decided to book this property to celebrate our 18th wedding anniversary and our parent's 63rd wedding anniversary. Prior to arrival, I was able to communicate with Nicoletta in requesting 2 vases of flowers to be on site when we arrived. They were beautiful! The house gave 3 couples all the space we needed, while offering amazing sunrise and sunset views. Upon landing, Nicoletta arranged for a transport van to take us to the property. Our driver, Chris, was FANTASTIC! We also arranged to have Chris give us a tour of the island, to which he showed us areas that are not accessible through public transportation. He also took us to the beach for the day. We enjoyed mornings on the patio with coffee to watch the sunrise, afternoons in the plunge pool, and many dinners at one of the many restaurants within walking distance. A local grocery store is only a 10 minute walk away - perfect for stocking everything you will need. Nicoletta truly made every arrangement possible for our family to enjoy a special vacation. The house had very comfortable beds, ample amenities, stunning views, all within a safe and romantic setting.

This is a beautiful property with fabulous views - day and night! The accommodations were perfect for our family and the Christina met us upon arrival in Oia and also set us up with a driver which was fabulous. Couldn’t have picked a more beautiful home with a magnificent view. Off of the main strip in a quiet part near the majestic blue domes. Everything about this place was pure perfection. In the heart of Oia
This property was wonderfully located in the heart of the mountainside viewing the caldera. The vistas were magnificent. The rooms were surprisingly large and very comfortable. Our host was available to assist with our transportation and porter needs. There was a village wide power outage during our stay, but that was not anything the host could avoid. It was not an appropriate property for those with mobility limitations. If you can manage the winding steps to get through the village to the villa you will be well rewarded.

Conforme a l'annonce, juste magnifique !
Les photos montrent très bien ce que l'on retrouve sur place sauf la vue qui est encore plus belle en vrai... le logement reste frais même sans trop utiliser la clim, c'est appréciable par temps chaud. L'accueil en français est très chaleureux avec de l'aide pour amener les bagages jusqu'au logement.

Santorini Paradise
If you want to splurge and be in the middle of everything- come here! The apartment is only few steps from the infamous blue dome where most of the photos are taken of the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Our hosts greeted us upon arrival and helped us with our luggages (Thank God). Streets are super narrow and maze like. WE enjoyed the scenic view from our private balcony. The apartment is super clean and comfortable. The AC and wifi worked without any glitches. We arranged a private driver through our host which we highly recommend. He took us to a winery and other parts of town which was amazing. The best time to shop is early morning or late evening otherwise the streets are FULL of tourists from the cruise ships. Everything is pretty expensive especially food and cocktails- just giving you heads up. Restaurants reservations are a MUST, especially if you travel in large groups. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Santorini- Stin ygeiá sas!

Lovely Cave Home for Oia visit
We had a great stay with our family of 5 along with our friends, another couple who used the upstairs bedroom & bath. The location is fabulous for its views and central to Oia. Beware there is a spot around the corner from this place where the crowds gather and line up for their Instagram photos ( especially around sunset). However once you past the hoards of people, this place is like a sanctuary and you won't see or hear them. Nicoletta was excellent in responding quickly to our requests and questions. She helped us arrange transportation and a private half day tour of the island. We had a wonderful time staying in this lovely Cave home.

Perfection
I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Oia as our stay was incredible! The cave house was perfect for our 2 families (total of 8 people) in every way. Prior to our arrival every question was responded to promptly, Nicoletta and her 2 daughters were extremely helpful. The home was well equipped, clean, and spacious. We spent most of our time on the terrace especially after sunset. The views are absolutely spectacular day and night. The location was was less than a minute walk from the main road and easy to get to. We hope to return to Santorini and would absolutely stay at the cave house again.

Wonderful weekend getaway
The owners greeted us with directions, recommendations, were prompt to reply to any questions. They made the trip seamless. We hired their driver/tour guide to show us the island’s points of interest and he was wonderfully easy to work with. He showed us all the points we wanted: the archeological site, the black sand beaches, a winery tasting and a lovely site to view from a monastery. The home itself is lovely. And it’s views are incredible. Try Roka for dinner an easy walk and our favorite meal of the entire trip to Greece. Enjoy!.

A Dream Come True
Where to even begin, everything about this property was amazing. The location was perfect, the communication with owners was quick and helpful, and the accommodations themselves were completely as described. We stayed in three different homes during out Greece trip and Dionyssos Cave House was definitely all of our favorite. The view from both the downstairs and upstairs balcony was a dream. The family left the fridge stocked with water and a bottle of wine. The kitchen had everything you need and the rooms all had AC. We will definitely recommend the property to our friends who will be traveling to Santorini for a wedding next year.

Incredible view!
We had a short 2-night stay in Dionyssos Cave House but the house and views were amazing! First, my dealings with Nicoletta during the rental process and leading up to our stay could not have gone any smoother. Nicoletta was extremely professional and always got back to me in a short period of time with my myriad of questions about the villa or Santorini in general. We arranged for a ride to the villa from the port through Nicoletta, and this included getting our luggage to the villa from our drop off spot (I would highly recommend this service for ease of getting the villa). We met Nicoletta's daughters at the villa, and they were also incredibly professional and thorough in showing us the villa and other information about Santorini. As for the villa, it was perfectly located in the center of Oia with shops and merchants just steps away, and only a couple minutes walk to see the sunset or get to the steps leading to Amoudi Bay. The villa fit our group of 7 just fine. At the villa's main level is the kitchen area and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (along with a washer and dryer!). There are really 6 different "beds" at this level (large bed in the master bedroom, 1 large and 2 small beds in the 2nd bedroom, 2 more small beds as you enter the villa). There is also porch at this level. There are then some quirky outdoor steps that lead a separate villa level with a rooftop deck and amazing view (really hard to top the view!) and a stand alone bedroom with bathroom and shower. Lots of tourists pass by the villa and are taking photos in the vicinity. The villa is centrally located to all the photos we see in magazines or on social media of Oia. But you are right in the heart of Oia and this was expected. We would definitely come back to this villa and rent from Nicoletta any day.

Best location in Oia!
What a wonderful stay we had at the Dionyssos Cave House! To put it simply, everything was just PERFECT for our party of six. In fact, if anything, the rental photos and descriptions undersold the charm and comfort of the home. The 3-bedroom home was squeaky clean (and we had housekeeping service every afternoon); the beds had soft cotton linens and loads of pillows; the A/C worked well (and was much-appreciated with the extremely warm weather!); the indoor common areas fit all of us comfortably; the complimentary porters were amazing – navigating our luggage through the many steep, winding stairs with ease; and the view ... oh my, the view was just tremendous! Both private decks overlooked the deep blue Caldera and every evening we spent many hours enjoying good local wine and magnificent sunsets here. Last, but not least, our host Christina (daughter of the owner) could not have been more efficient or kind. Not only did she help us make all our ground transportation arrangements, she also provided invaluable recommendations for local restaurants, pubs and attractions. What a gem! If you’re considering staying at this lovely rental home, take it from us, you will NOT be disappointed.
