Great location and absolutely wonderful Staff. Tracey at reception was absolutely lovely. Beds are clean and comfy. This hotel could do with a thorough deep clean though. Dust and stains on walls, and carpet is questionable. It’s fine for a one.night stay.

Restaurant food was very good. Rooms a bit tired very dark as it is with Malmaison. No outside ventilation as room windows faced into the bar roof space. Floorboards creaked very lousy in my room and room above. It’s ok but realise now why I don’t stay here all the time Bar and restaurant and location all good.

This was a good size accessible room. We used it for just a stop over doing a road trip.

Very large apartment for the price. 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, large kitchen and dining area. Was very clean, beds were comfortable and it had a washer which was nice, although we didn't need to use it. Couldn't figure out how to work one of the showers, so we just used the other one. We overall felt safe because there were a couple of pubs on the same street and several people out walking, but the apartment building is right next to a homeless shelter, which became very active in the evening. We heard talking & yelling throughout the night until about 3:30 am, When we came back from dinner, the main building door to the street was open, but there's another door that's secured in order to enter the building further. We were on the 4th floor, so we felt safe, but I did get up a few times during the night when the yelling & noise got loud. It was a short 7-minute walk to the train station, which was great for us.
