“Property smelled of smoke, rooms were not clean, and staff was barely helpful. Room was dirty enough that I asked for a vacuum to clean it myself. The vacuum they gave me was caked in dust (giving the impression they don't use it much). One of the comforters was stained with something red (wine, lipstick...something), but the sheets themselves were clean. The bathtub didn't drain properly and thus by the end of a shower, your feet were taking a bath. To top it off, the breakfast was a small……
