I was a little disappointed with the water pressure in the shower and struggled to keep the water temperature from being too hot or too cold. "The staff is excellent. The mattresses we had were sagging and desperately need to be replaced. There were not any cotton balls, q tips, or shower caps. The bar is excellent and the food. The windows are perpetually dirty for some reason"
