The property is very clean and if anything nicer than advertised. The rooftop is fantastic and has great views of the Cascades. The local area is very nice with several dining and entertainment options. The location is also very convenient for public transit and a close uber to other Seattle attractions. No off-street parking, so be prepared to circle the block to find space. Downstairs A/C stuck at 65, so we ignored the directions and turned it off. LR/DR space is quite small, so wouldn’t advise this for a group 3 adults. Set up nicely for recycling, but never found compost bin. Carpets were stained in multiple places. Low rating is based on the mold, likely from water damage by the looks of the wall and ceiling, in the upstairs bedroom. The rooms and bathroom were clean. Having laundry machines were nice too but they're on the third story. Cons: -Awkward layout -uncomfortable bunk beds -the living room doesn't have enough furniture for everyone staying to watch a movie without rearranging the kitchen table -the art fixtures in the kitchen were dirty. -We got a list of cleaning duties in the middle of our trip to complete -This expectation to clean wasn't disclosed before we booked -Plus we paid a cleaning fee -Our entry code was deactivated a day early so my cousin was locked out for an afternoon (it should be noted that the host response was timely and the issue was fixed within hours, but that shouldn't've been needed) I wouldn't stay again, I don't think it was a good fit. I know many hosts are businesses trying to make a profit, but that felt much more overt during my stay here than other places, not something I was expecting booking a full home. I would recommend staying here if it's close to where you need to be, you need to house 6+ people for more than a week and you hate watching TV but love stairs. ##### Lee G. It’s a compact but mighty property located in a convenient location that is in walking distances from restaurants, shops and a grocery store. Considering that parking is hit or miss, it was very convenient to not have to move out car to go to eat or make a quick run to the store. We were lucky enough to not have an issue with finding parking. The property is also located just within a few miles from all the Seattle tourist attractions. The home itself is quaint and comfy and just big enough for our family of 5\. It is modern, very clean, and well organize. The rooftop deck was an added bonus that we took advantage of. Considering the neighborhood is by a few restaurants, it was very quiet and felt safe. This property was a great stay and I would definitely recommend and would book again. ##### Ugochi B. Unit is a short 1.9 mile, 15-minute drive from downtown but enough outside the city to have some peace and quiet. Cons: You cannot shower if anyone flushes, washes their hands or is showering in the other water areas - water pressure is really bad. I could not get soap out of my hair when the other shower was going. We had to take turns. This defeats the purpose of 2 bathrooms if 4-6 people are all trying to get ready at once. If a unit holds 4-6 people, there should be seating for that many in the common area and there was only a small 2-seater sofa and a chair. We were pretty much unable to watch TV since the other 3 had to sit in dining chairs. Kitchen only seats 4 also. The thicker blanket on the bed in the master had a pinkish stain so we removed it and put it in the closet. One of the towels in the second floor bathroom was also stained - I would suggest white so it can be bleached or to replace soiled or stained items regularly. Definitely do not stay here with a rental car - it's difficult to find parking. There is construction across the street so there was NO street parking anywhere on the street - signs preventing this were there during our entire stay. This is something that would have been nice to know before our stay or during booking as we may have stayed closer to the venue we were visiting or taken Uber. ##### Jenn Q.
