Las camas son un sueño, el personal maravilloso. No me gustó la publicidad engañosa de Expedia sobre el valor del Resort Fee que obviamente hacia sus precios más competitivos que la pagina del hotel, ocasionando competencia desleal. Afortunadamente el hotel fue lo suficientemente competente para ayudarme en este asunto. En lo que respecta al hotel, muy bueno en instalaciones, lo único malo es que por su ubicación es difícil encontrar lugares para comer después de las 8 de la noche y que nunca me informaron que para limpieza de habitación había que reservar housekeeping, estuve 6 días

This was one of the best hotels I've stayed in within the Seattle area. My 2 year old pup always loves to travel with us, so it's sometimes hard to find accommodation that is so welcoming with her. The Watertown Staypineapple hotel was a hit. They provided a water bowl, dog treats, a toy and a dog bed. There was a fridge and microwave in the room and the layout was nice and spacious. Beds were extremely comfortable as well. My only negative thing about the trip was that it wasn't long enough to enjoy this amazing hotel. The parking was fine, just have to pay per night which is a guaranteed thing you have to do anywhere in or around the city.

We used the public transit system on this trip, and it was so conveniently close to the Link. We loved that there were great food places nearby, and it is very close to UW. Your staff was very kind and so respectful. Julia is especially lovely to chat with and so helpful! We look forward to staying at your hotel again in the future.

Everything was very nice with the whole experience of the stay. Only tiny problem is that I like a dark room to sleep and there is a building sign spotlight that shined in past the blackout curtain in my room. Likely that it’s the only room in the whole building that has this. Other then that it was excellent!

Thank goodness this property had a late night vacancy. It saves us from the horrible hotel we had booked initally. Clean, cute theme, and comfy beds. The resort fee that’s added on at checkin seems unnecessary so that’s why it gets 4 stars.

Great stay at the Watertown Pineapple - very friendly and helpful staff, very clean and comfortable room, nice pineapple amenities. Comfortable bed and linens, husabnd and I each enjoyed having our own quilt. Not the greatest walkable area for dining and coffee shop options, etc but for the price a great place to stay if you're doing something in the Ballard or Watertown area.

I stayed at Staypineapple for nine nights while using the UW Special Collections and Suzzallo Library. An amazing hotel, with fun details, super nice staff, and just incredible generosity all-around. There's a welcome drink on check-in and gorgeous pillowy duvets. The location is top-notch--just a few minutes' walk to UW or to the Link train for journeys downtown. This is my new favourite hotel. A huge thanks to all the wonderful staff for everything! :)

It is a simple hotel but neat, cozy, peaceful, and conveniently located. You can easily stroll to carious restaurants.

We stayed in Seattle to attend a concert at Climate Pledge arena. We wanted a hotel with secure parking at a reasonable price. Most hotels downtown were over $200/night. This location was a short 13 minute drive to the venue, was in a quieter part of Seattle, had secure parking, and was reasonably priced. We reserved a parking spot ahead of our stay which I recommend as garage parking is limited, and street parking is even harder to find. We completed pre-check in and even though we arrived 30 minutes before our selected time, our room was still ready. The room was clean, spacious, and we'll appointed. We were concerned about being next to the elevator and across the hall from a room with a dog, but we turned the fan on in our room and didn't hear a thing. The bath/bed area was separated by a wall that contained the closet, TV, microwave, and mini fridge. The additional privacy was nice as most rooms are open. The bed was slightly firm but comfortable. Pillows and linens were soft and clean. The location was near many restaurants and shipping so it made paying for the parking worthwhile. The garage and hotel were secure and required a room key to access. The pineapple cookies and complimentary drinks were a nice touch. So many hotels are doing away with small extras like that to save money so it's nice that service and hospitality are still a part of StayPineapple's business model. I believe it's part of what sets them apart!
