Charming, Spacious and Comfortable House with Garden and Barbecue.

The duplex house LEA is charming, spacious and comfortable with garden and barbecue behind the house.

We will welcome and see off the guests. The entire house will be at your disposal. During their stay the guests will enjoy full privacy.

House Lea has 60 square meters with terrace in front.
Consists of:
- Bathroom (shower and bathtub),
- One bedrooms with king size bed ,
- Fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, coffee maker, toaster and utensils)
- Living room - couch converts to sofa bed for two adults
- Garden (150 square meters) with barbecue (only for guests)

The house is located in the city 300 m from the center of the city where there is a local market, 300 m to the Supermarket, 700 m to the coast, 300 m to the restaurant.
Senj is a very old settlement founded more than 3000 years ago on the hill Kuk east of the town. The first time, in the 4th century B.C., this town was mentioned under the name of Attienites in Periplus by a Greek, Pseudoskilak . In the 2nd century B.C. the town is part of Roman Empire under the name of Senia , today`s Senj.

The town of Senj is situated between the sea and the slopes of Kapela and Velebit (Velebit is the biggest mountain in Croatia) great for those who like hiking and also cycling. I can provide a map of cycling trails. You can take one day trip to: capital city Zagreb (2 hrs by car), as well as to the islands of Krk, Rab and Pag. You can also visit two Croatian National parks: Northern Velebit (30 km) and Plitvice Lakes (100 km).

Some of the main events during summer are : Days of Uskok (a mediaeval festivity), Senj Evening Concert-Senj, Festival of Musical Gangs, Senj Summer Games, Sailing Regatta, International Senj Summer Carnival....
Things you can do in Senj: fishing, hunting (within the area of Senj there are hunting-grounds managed by the „Hrvatske sume“), rent a boat, rent a bike and go mount biking, take a tour by taxi boat...

The nearest airports: Rijeka (50 km), Zagreb (170 km), Zadar (172 km).
The town of Senj is connected with all major European towns via Zagreb and Rijeka bus terminals and train stations.
European routes E61, E71 and E751 lead you to the town of Senj.
If you travel by car you will always find a free public parking place close to the house.
Smoking is allowed outside the apartment ( the terrace and the garden).

A perfect home for a relaxing vacation

We lived in this house for a month. Half of our stay was devoted to home-working and the end for vacation, which means that all means are available, including a good quality wifi connexion. This house is perfect, we had at our disposal a spacious and air-conditioned living room with TV, a full kitchen with dishwasher and cooker. A comfortable, air-conditioned bedroom with smart TV, a bathroom with bathtub and shower and washing machine. A sheltered outdoor living room, an outdoor courtyard, another small courtyard, a garden on 3 levels with a very generous fig tree, a barbecue and finally a balcony overlooking the outside. The entire house was at our disposal. The house has a second bedroom which we did not need and which the owner kept closed, but I trust that if necessary he will be able to make it available. The interior of the house is immaculate and has everything you need. Lets discribe the outside, the neighbor downstairs is very friendly and his dog is a very endearing beagle. You will spend your stay here among the inhabitants of the city and not the tourists, there is a pétanque club opposite and a café very popular with the locals. Parking is easy nearby and the owner does everything to make your life easier. less than 10 minutes walk, you have 2 supermarkets, the city center, a hospital, the police, the fire department and above all the beaches, lots and lots of beaches. I will let you Google for the point

La maison est vraiment très agréable. On fait tout à pieds : supermarché, centre ville et super jolie plage. Visite des iles, de l Istrie, des lacs de Plitvice... vraiment je recommande cette location. Merci beaucoup !

Mooie en ruime accommodatie van alle gemakken voorzien

Het appartement is groter dan het lijkt op de foto’s wat ons positief heeft verrast. De slaapkamers zijn heel ruim. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. De beheerder is goed te bereiken en helpt je direct waar hij kan. Supermarkten, restaurants en het centrum op een paar minuten lopen van het appartement. De omgeving is echt heel mooi. Kroatië is zeker de moeite waard om nog een keertje te bezoeken en als we weer in deze buurt komen dan zeker weer in dit appartement. Goede prijs kwaliteit!

Großartig

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Alles ist super gepflegt und auch der Garten bietet viel Platz um etwas Ruhe zu genießen, da hier die Straße kaum zu hören ist. Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen, da man alles fußläufig erreichen kann! Senj bietet einen weitläufigen Strand (Beton und Kies), einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viele Restaurants. Es mangelt an nichts. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und nett. Bei Interesse kann man sich sogar auf eine kleine Stadtrundfahrt mitnehmen lassen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen und kommen gern wieder!!

Superbe maison de ville Avec salon de jardin Et barbecue bien agréable le soir avec un petit jardin tres appréciable . Le propriétaire et sa femme sont adorables et d'une extrême gentillesse. Nous avons été remarquablement bien conseillés pour les plages, les restaurants et les principales commodités.... un tres tres grand merci à nos hôtes que nous n oublierons pas......
