This immaculate 1,200 sq. ft. home boasts a fantastic modern, open-concept design that will delight families and groups of friends alike and, with two bedrooms and a full size sofa, can sleep up to 6\. Perched on a high bank above the Dungeness Estuary and wildlife reserve, it is located in a quiet residential neighborhood just 7 minutes from downtown Sequim and 20 minutes to the Olympic National Park. The natural beauty and sweeping views are sure to impress. The home serves as an ideal base for day trips to Olympic National Park, Dungeness Spit, Lake Crescent, and Salt Creek State Park, or for a quick ferry trip to Victoria, B.C., from Port Angeles. \- The property features two adjacent co-joined, open-concept living rooms: one equipped with a new smart TV, indoor games, and a pull-out sofa, and the other featuring an electric fireplace. The property was exactly as described, in a beautiful and peaceful location with views of the ocean. The home was well taken care of, clean and we felt welcomed as if staying at a friends home. Check in was a breeze and the house had everything we needed for our stay. The rooms were perfect size for two little ones to share. The pictures really don't do it justice. The views from both sides of the house are spectacular and the house itself is just lovely. The house was beautifully appointed and well located.
