Quedamos encantados, todo estuvo super desde la habitación hasta la atención y áreas. Como sugerencia revisar las areas del spa, los saunas no estaban a temperatura como para hacer su función. Los alimentos estaban en buena porción, pero sentimos que falta sazón. Precios si consideramos que estan muy altos. Por todo lo demás, definitivamente regresaremos.

Loved everything! the gym its in a very bad condition, the cardio machines doesn't work as we expected in a 5 star hotel Elliptical has a horrible sound

Magical property. The staff (Ana Maria, Karolina, Saulo, Manuel, Gustavo & Julia) treated us like family. The art work and garden was beautiful. The room was comfortable, large and the attention to detail was extraordinary. Can't wait to go back and stay there again and visit the most beautiful hotel and staff in the world. Thank you Casa Bansley for an amazing staff.
