En general todo bien a excepción del inglés del personal. Además el aseo de la habitación siempre tuvo retraso (03pm, 02pm) yo tuve que llamar para que limpiaran la habitación. Además Nunca me cambiar sabanas. Estuve 10 días. Para ser un hotel Internacional, falta mejorar.

La amabilidad de Celia
El Radisson tiene una posición geográfica privilegiada , en el centro de Shanghái, con acceso a una red de transporte amplia. El hotel necesita una reforma total para poder seguir en la competición de los hoteles de 5 estrellas. Los materiales empelados en los interiores y la decoración, el sistema eléctrico, el aislamiento son obsoletos. Aunque el hotel tenga un buen mantenimiento el uso prolongado desgasta y deja huellas .

Excelente hotel ,ubicacion inmejorable
El hotel es muy bueno,su ubicacion es extraordinaria,frente a una estacion de metro y a pocos pasos de la peatonal . Nosotros habiamos comprado el alojamiento por Expedia y nos otorgaron una habitacion superior a la contratada. El Radissson ,nuestro platillo volador como lo llamamos se ve de todas partes,se encuentra a una cuadra del Teatro de Shanghai y aproximadamente a una y poco del Museo de Planificacion de la ciudad. Su restaurante giratorio es una visita casi obligatoria para todos aquellos que se encuentren alojados o no en el hotel,puede accederse a cenar aun sin estar alojados,majestuoso ver pasar frente a ti toda la ciudad mientras disfrutas de buenos tragos y excelente comida.

The 2 suites allocated to us were on the 6th floor with no view at all. The rooms were not well maintained, the cabinets were old with shaky doors. The corridor to the rooms were dimly lit looks shady. Breakfast spread was basic, crowded with no tables available for use. Though the staff were helpful. After spending 2 weeks in various parts of China staying in better properties, Radisson Blu was a disappointment. Wont recommend it to anyone
