/ This property was completed in August 2023   
  
Within a 5minute walk is Kokufu no Shirahama a curved sandy beach that stretches for about 3 km from north to south   
700 meters to the south is Ago no Matsubara Beach where beach huts line the beach in the summer   
The north side is one of the leading surf spots in the Chubu and Kinki regions and national competitions such as the All Japan Surfing Championships are held here   
As a result not only local surfers but also many people from outside
