Shriners Hospital for Children Tours

This is a well-maintained old-style luxury hotel. The bathroom was huge with two sinks and a marble floor. But no fan. And the controls on the shower were old-school complex and confusing. Quirky but awesome. Comfortable beds, quiet room, modern amenities like a fridge and lots of USB charge points. Parking in the garage across the street. Haul your bags up and down stairs from the garage to the lobby. If you need access to your car after 6:30pm, you need to walk up and down the drive ramp rather than use the stairs because they lock the doors to the street. Located close to the Japanese Garden and Higgins restaurant. I would stay there again.

We didn’t stay there at all. There was hair and other stains on the sheets. There were spiderwebs over the doorway to the room. The floor was dirty. The whole place was dilapidated. We requested a refund. Don’t know if we’ll get one. It’s a terrible place. Not the staff’s fault. At least not the office staff the cleaning staff I guess must not do a great job but even if they had the places not fit to sleep in let alone relax or anything like that terrible.

Doug was great, the town and the property were chill, clean and so close to everything. Definitely recommend.
