History says the Shawnee and Delaware Indians had 6 villages along Apple Creek starting in the 1780's. The community of Shawneetown was settled in 1871. It currently has a population of close to 100 residents.

The open living room/kitchen has a smart tv and DVD your favorite movies. The fully stocked kitchen has a small refrigerator, full range and microwave with everything you need to prepare most meals. The 2 bedrooms have 1 king bed and 2 twin beds. The bath has a shower only. We provide high end soft sheets for dreamy nights and soft, thick cotton towels for your morning showers.
