“The code provided didn’t work. Many attempts were made to contact staff with no success. We ended up leaving and staying elsewhere. We received a message the next morning from the staff. We paid for a room we could not use. There were several people at the property with the same issue. The staff does not answer the phone or respond to the chat feature they send.”

“Really nice hotel in Centre Village. Short walk into the main part of Centre Village and Eagle lift. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bedroom was large and very comfortable. Free bus service into Frisco which was really handy. From Frisco there is a free bus service to Breckenridge. We only ate once at the hotel in the evening. Food was very good, as was service.
