The receptionist on the 17th floor was very patient, kind and went out of her way to ensure all of my needs were met including accommodations, breakfast, and the limousine bus to the airport. The General Manager, Kevin Kim, who was overseeing the breakfast was remarkable and I was treated by him as if I was family. The breakfast buffet was a fantastic fusion of fresh Korean and western style offerings. My only disappointment was the sparse gym. The hotel is also close to several subway and bus stops and conveniently located near the Lotte department store and all of the amazing food vendors. Thanks again Mr. Kim for a great stay.

The hotel is centrally located on the heart of Myeongdong. Stores, restaurants, shopping, cafes and transportation are at few steps. Rooms are very spacious and cleaned. I was lucky and my room was upgraded to a family room with extra beds are the space was even bigger. In the hallway the have a kitchen with a sink, microwave, ice, water dispenser and kettle. Also in the same side is the laundry room with two washer and dryer with and additional fee per load. The staff was very nice and helpful. The manager greeted me in the morning and was very polite and professional.
