"I was traveling with a small dog. Check out is 11 am. I asked for a late check out (1 pm)so that my dog could stay in her crate in the room while I was attending a funeral and was denied. I have stayed there 5 times this year for business but will not be staying there again. If you can’t accommodate your guest then I will take my business elsewhere."
